• Where is the store based?

  Riverside, CA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Because of the high cost of shipping outside of the U.S., we request all international buyers contact us via email before making their purchase. We estimate international shipping to be about $14 (up to around the weight of 6 pins) so we highly recommend group orders! :D

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We will be providing tracking numbers with all domestic orders (unfortunately we cannot provide this service to international buyers).

  For domestic orders, it will be about a week after the package is marked shipped but can vary depending on varying weather conditions.

• What is the "limited edition backing"?

  The backing is the hard cardstock that helps hold your pin in place. When I created the backing, I wanted to avoid just having Kookie and Tae's floating heads in blank space so I added their shoulders in the design of the backing :D. If the pins come back, I will be removing that aspect of the design and keep the backing plain because of the difficulty my manufacturer had with attaching the pin to the correct place.

  You may notice you have a pin that is slightly displaced from the shoulders since all the pins were all attached by hand! We hope you understand and take the honor of reattaching a king's head atop his shoulders. ;3

• Help! The pin's needle is slightly bent D:!

  No problem! The pins were made to be durable but malleable, so just find a hard table corner and push/pull until it is at your desired angle :D. This is a normal problem when the pins are sent to us pre-pinned. They have to work with thousands of pins a day so some just are a bit more bent out of shape.

  We cannot replace orders with broken needles caused by self adjustment (more than 24 hours after delivery).

• Are you planning to do the rest of the members?

  I hope we can in the future! I would like to do a few members each time they come-back :)

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
